Some can’t stand silence and will do anything to fill it up! But she’s right because sometimes when I awake and it’s quiet, I become clear on exactly what I need to do for my life but as the day goes on (with distractions) I don’t do it (right away) so then it becomes a repeating theme for me.😳

That is good Tierney... It would be wise for anyone with issues with a parent put self aside and understand that person. Many ppl totally forget that their parent(s) could have had the same or worse upbringing. Many ppl get angry with their father because of what the angry, bitter mother tells them. Many times even after the father explains his side of the story, the children hold onto the lies their mother told them even after the truth has been revealed. Let go and let God!!! Otherwise, you will be in hell right along with your lying mama! God cannot help you if you have a heart full of hatred that you refuse to get rid of.

The World in Chaos Even You, but "Be Still " by Gooden and Cohen I've come a long way still have a longer way to go it's been a Lonely Road but I know I'm not alone sometimes the going has gotten tough and I was down could not get up but when my Sin I had enough Jesus took me by the hand Be still and know that I am God With me there's nothing that's too hard I'll get you through I've left it all behind To find the one above I had to die inside To Forgive and learn to love I've found that letting go Turns faith into a rope and so now I'm holding on to the only one who gives me hope. Be still and know that I am God With me there's nothing that's too hard I'll get you through it kzbin.info/www/bejne/fGjJnGqXiJiCa9U

She gave great tools and helped people dealing with Trauma. When the clients she had began to literally disrespect and attack her, she did the right thing to end the show. It became a reality show like the trash that is out there. Sometimes, you can't help some people who disrespect and attack you.

Wow. I lost my son 25 years ago and the thought that Iyanla says she had regarding God thinking she is strong and feeling privileged to support her daughter in passing is spot on. I have never aside myself heard anyone describe coping with the loss of their child in that manner. In fact, some folk look at me as if I am not human because of it. But I tell you, God's grace and mercy is the epitome of the peace that comes over you in that trying time. Thanks for sharing that Iyanla and God Bless you and your Angel! Thank you also Tamron for this interview😇

I miss Ms Iyanla show and her as such a great teacher and inspiration in so many people's life, I would listen to some of her advice and it would make so much sense, but we as humans don't know we have the answer, but it makes more sense when someone else says it. I hope she will return back or start her own show again.

Iyanla is a woman of courage, the first time i watched her i realised she'd a messy family life, single with 3 children from different fathers and was using what she learnt to uplift quite a number of us who were almost giving up.She appeared in my life when i was about to throw in the towel. May she stay blessed.

I love her, and am grateful for the time that she has given to us on this show. It’s a shame that there so many broken people out there , that they can’t recognize a healer when they see one. And they let their own broken behavior leads them to punch down on someone trying to help. But she made a very important point here, though she may be a healer, she must put up healthy boundaries to preserve and protect herself so that she can move forward in helping others in their healing journey as well as herself.
