Being still is the best response, at least until the mental dizziness subsidies. Then, determine if this is something you can fix or, are you going to need therapy. God speed😇

Very well said. Your description can apply to other areas as well. I went through this when bouts of depression hit me for no reason for several years. It wasn't based on one thing in particular; I was just hurting from everything, I guess you can say. I realized a while back that I'm an empath with a tortured soul. I love very hard and get engulfed by other people's problems, to the point that I need several days of alone time to release it from my system. It's like I can feel the pain people go through or see snippets of their lives play out like short movies in my head. It's an exhausting life that I have, even though I don't have kids or a husband.

I love Iyanla! I attended her wonder Woman Weekend and I can still feel her arms around me and see the encouragement on her face as she looked into my eyes at the end of the weekend. It was an amazing transformative time and she is an incredible woman. My heart is broken for her over this great loss, but I know she will get up and keep helping others and she will find the good in even this. She is truly an angel here on earth.
