I improved my hair by doing all these things: Including more and more vitaminC in form of lemon, orange, kiwi, 8 hours of enough sleep daily, consume nuts such as walnut, peanut, almonds in limited, you can also eat fishes like salmon. Exercise a minimum of 30 mins everyday. Using natural coconut plus onion based shampoo, oil, neem wooden comb, scalp massager by liitleextra coconion two times a week. All this is good for hair fall control.

It does work. You just have to be consistent and massage it in your scalp, for at least three months to see results. It will be 3 months for me in May and I have noticed good hair growth. My solution was made with cloves and bay leaves tbough. Both work.

I’ve started spraying my roots with clove water every other day and although that was only 2 weeks ago I can already tell a difference. I washed my hair once since using and could not believe how little hair was shedding. My hair grows just fine before but the breakage was so bad it made growth difficult to see. My roots are also a lot thicker( which I’m hoping doesn’t keep happening lol. As early as I can rmr my hair was always permed. So taking care of natural hair is new to me. So thicker hair would be a struggle. But I am so excited to see the growth now that I won’t have super broken hair patches in random spots and less breakage overall. ❤

I have tried Cloves for growth, but got distracted with using Rosemary organic Tea on my hair since it’s known to work better than Rogaine based on research that was conducted. I saw fast results with the Rosemary. Drinking Organic Turmeric tea has also shown fast results for my bald spots from perms. Hope this helps!

I made the mixture, filled a small spray bottle and kept the extra in a glass jar, under my bathroom sink. You'll go through it quick. I use it in the morning and at night. My friend told me about it. She said I should see a difference in 3 months. But mine was made with cloves and bay leaves and of course water. It was boiled also.

I made mine with cloves and bay leaves. My friend gave me the recipe. But some use cloves only. I boiled it though and let it cool and put in a spray bottle.
