I actually just returned this last week because my hair was still a bit poofy at the 2nd highest setting on my 3C hair. But, I went ahead and ordered it again since there’s a discount code. You convinced me, Iyda, when you bumped your ends. I guess I just needed to go up in temperature. I’m always scared to go over 400 so I didn’t even try. My hair was super silky though. That’s what I did like about it.

I notice too that if you have coarse, low porosity and high density hair, people will assume that you have 4c hair even though your curl pattern is 4a/4b.

I’m so glad you explained the float test. My hair would never sink because of surface tension but I knew it was high porosity. I dunked it in and it sank in like 10 seconds, haha.
