this changed the way I hike! I can use my legs in a much more aligned way, my pelvis is not twisted and rolling forward anymore, making my stride far more efficient and strengthening. It really stretches the tendons at the top of the quads which get so short from sitting, but it also makes the leg do work from this positioning and gives a whole new awareness to that lower ab/front hip area.

That was quite powerful… my strap was way too short ..I put two together..otherwise couldn’t do the Standing one…. I have been struggling with low back pain and thigh left ql for a long time… thanks 🙏 btw your cues are amazing!
