Yup, me personally i challenged him to sf6 after what he said to confirm his legitimacy. I play gacha games but i have history in fighting games.And i destroyed him, he used cammy who he didnt have that much exp with but i can tell you this, we went 1 set of 3 ( i dont know why he set it to that) and lost then we agreed to another set of 5 and lost. My point here is that he lacked discipline, he didnt try to adjust to my movement behavior and didnt try to punish nor did he change up his game plan. Thats basic things to do in a fighting game

Correct me if im wrong, the only wuwa character that have negative edge build in her kit is sanhua right? The jiyan example is simply swap character while jiyan doing his thing and swap back before jiyan finish his thing.

Yes exactly. Jiyan's uppercut cancel is just the game preserving the hold input for you while switching, similar to how the laser from the Flautist echo behaves.

I only seen one video of his before this one blew up, about HSR and he was trying to incorporate fighting game vocab and phrases and "techniques" into it. Half the things he was talking about can't actually be applied to HSR but he really does stretches and alters the meaning of the phrases/vocab to make it seem like it works. And the whole time he always talks about how fighting game players will get it but HSR players won't. It was so obnoxious.

They are fighting game players... doesn't mean they are good. you can be bad and still be in the community, you can be misinformed and still be in the community, you can be ignorant and still be in the community, but two double down on being wrong is where the issue truly lies. Iyo unironically is the actually the best candidate to show off the avg fighting game player. Not that great at it, follows the community and participates, has an ego, and most importantly claims he is part of it. (as im typing this iyo is currently playing tekken 8) So I do think its a bit unfair to say they aren't part of the FGC.

the only negative edge that exist in WuWa is if you use a pistol weapon. You hold, they do their aim. The moment you release the button, that's when they shoot. Then again, who does that?
