Coney asks the attendees of Super Smash Con 2023 the names of a bunch of fighting game characters, and nobody has really improved from the last time Coney has done this.

Gotta have the Sega Hard Girls, too. There is a ton of Sega history to pick from. Ryo's lvl 1 Super is a forklift to the shins. Segata's lvl 3 allows him to bust into your house, but you get a free Sega Saturn.

1) "Smash" is a synonym for striking so it's a fighting game. Saying Smash is not a fighting game is like saying arena fighters aren't fighting games 2) Super Smash Bros created a subgenre: the platform fighter 3) The only Smash players who get upset about including fighting game mechanics are competitive snobs that complain about "character gimmicks" because they think that those characters are going be annoying to deal with in competitive play, meanwhile casual players literally don't mind this.
