Major ആർച്ച് ബിഷപ്പിന് തൻ്റെ രൂപതയിൽ ഏത് കുർബ്ബാന രീതിയാണ് വേണ്ടതെന്ന് തീരുമാനിക്കാൻ കാനോനികമായിതന്നെ സ്വതന്ത്രമായ അധികാരമുണ്ട് . അതിനെ ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യാൻ സിനഡിന് അധികാരമില്ല . മാത്രമല്ല ഏകീകൃത കുർബ്ബാന സിനഡ് തീരുമാനമല്ല . കാരണം പല ബിഷപ്പുമാരും ഇതിനോട് ശക്തമായി വിയോജിപ്പ് അന്നേ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരുന്നു . അത് online സിനഡ് മാത്രമായിരുന്നു . മേജർ ആർച്ച്ബിഷപ്പിൻ്റെ കൂടെയുള്ള കോക്കസ്സിൻ്റെ മർക്കടമുഷ്ട്ടി മാത്രമാണ് ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ സിനഡ് കുർബ്ബാന . സഭയുടെ ഭൂമി അനധികൃതമായി വിറ്റ് 23 കോടി രൂപയുടെ നഷ്ട്ടം വരുത്തിയതായി കരിയിൽ പിതാവ് നിയമിച്ച വിദഗ്ധ സമിതി കണ്ടെത്തിയിരുന്നു . മാത്രമല്ല തെറ്റായ documentation വഴി സർക്കാരിൽ അടക്കേണ്ട tax അടച്ചിരുന്നില്ല . ഇതിന്മേലുള്ള നിയമനടപടികളിൽ നിന്നും രക്ഷപ്പെടാൻ വേണ്ടിയുള്ള ഒരു കുറുക്കുവഴി മാത്രമാണ് സിനഡ് കുർബ്ബാന .

Ekm priests' argument is that they want to continue their tradition of past 50 years. My point is, if tradition is what they root for, then they should be rooting for the Pre-Vatican 2 tradition which everyone has been following for centuries. During Vatican 2 meeting, the Church allowed the people to break the tradition which the ekm priests were happy to accept. In that case when the Synod decides on an issue and allowed the people to break the tradition and follow a uniform way of celebrating the liturgy, why should they object and demand for upholding tradition? So you decide on traditions at your convenience, is it? That's not right. So actually the issue is they don't want an outsider. Everyone may not have voted for our PM, but once he is elected everyone has to accept him whether one likes it nor not. Just because both LDF and UDF do not support Modi, they cannot say that Kerala needs another PM or another Constitution. So if Synod (like Parliament) decides on something, everyone has to accept. If not, they can break away.

It's truly happening, but many priests are silent and keeping quit. We have a big questions to those Bishops and priests, what are they studying in seminary those years, are they really wasting time, or cheating Christ. if this message read Bishops or priests, you can come to know your priests, who are such a way. Be open heart, like Jesus Christ. Be friendly, understand others, respect each other, love each other......these are very important in the priesthood. If it goes like this, after some years churches will be empty, youths will go away. The main thing is that, there is no unity among priests and Bishops.
