No, I tested it on the PTR and you can only have a one-handed weapon and a shield.

What's wrong with Totemic lmao...? It just adds a global pre-CDs, and you don't have to press your Lightning Bolt in AoE. It's just Stormbringer, without the extra proc to consume.

Just like we said in beta, this hero spec nonsense is something they could never hope to balance. Look how far in they are and they still can't get it close to right. Way worse than covenant abilities ever were.

@@lostheboss7938 Issue isn't viability, it's strength of the top specs. As a group leader, why would I invite a feral druid or a shadow priest, when I can invite an enhancement shaman and have em do a gorillion dps in single target AND trash mobs, while having BL, the most valuable buff in the game, crazy utility like aoe stuns and the shortest cd kick (which is also ranged).

Enh shaman needs a 20% nerf and ret needs a 15% nerf in PVE to get in line with other melee dps. Or they need to buff the other classes

Ret is unironically balanced. You just see it a lot because it's the most played dps class in the game by a large margin. You have to choose between aoe or single target damage, and you still lose in both to quite a few specs. Utility is also mediocre (unlike shaman or dk). If I could change something about ret is make it so the other hero talent is the good one, because Templar feels like dog ass.
