It took me a little while to understand Izuru’s execution, but, here’s my interpretation on it: alright I think the reason why Izuru was put on the cross and died that way was because of how he has every talent, and is basically treated like god in the series. In Christianity they hung Jesus on the cross and crucified him, which the same is going on with Izuru here. Also Jesus’s birthday is on Christmas so, that’s why the background setting was Christmas. (Hopefully my interpretation makes sense...)

Okay, nevermind it's a Christmas execution, Izuru is fucking _smiling-_ Edit: So I was thinking to myself about why he would kill and how he would even be _found_ as a culprit and I came to the following result: The dead body would be Junko's. He killed her at her own demand to make the game way more interesting and see how her beloved friends would handle the case. The murder was caused in such a way that the only evidences in the crime scene lead to nowhere and/or were irrelevant to it. And that was the very reason he was found guilty. There was no other person able to create a perfect crime aside from the Mr. Ultimate Hope himself. That's it. I hope y'all enjoyed my theory.

I think Izuru’s cause of death was either drowning or suffocation, maybe both, since it not only looks like he’s struggling to breathe, but the little line is slowly coming up, which I believe is water, and at the end the scene looks like it’s in a snow globe, which is filled with water

Here's my interpretation of his execution: So uh, he was frozen right? And naturally you want to freeze or at least take a picture of every perfect thing you see. Snow globes are beautiful pieces of art that seem to be frozen in time. This execution suggests that Since Kamakura is perfect and beautiful, any one would want to just... pause him and stare at him forever. Sorta like how you can stare at a amazing piece of art, or a pretty human. Idk just my opinion if anyone wanted it

Here's his actual unused execution: (SPOILERS) **Junko's Tunnel Of Despair:** Izuru appears to a tunnel, like wise the same as where he saw Chiaki get killed. Junko tells him to make it to the end so he can survive, exactly what she told Chiaki to do. He went through the same punishment that Chiaki had. He got hit by traps multiple times, but still wasn't affected. He finally reaches the final room, where a rope grabs him and he sits down a chair. Suddenly speakers appear and the walls fill up with LED words saying "Kamukara Kamukara YAS Queen!" Over and Over and Over again. He'd suddenly feel unease. What is this? Why is he in pain? The speakers grow louder and louder and louder as he gets more and more annoyed, until his head blows up. The End
