Basic training is everything. It is more than just foundational, it is critical to our success in every way. In Chinese boxing every element of our training is very important. We must get everything right, and in balance, with every other aspect of our training, but basic conditioning is absolutely vital for self defense, for our health, and for our peace of mind.
