Brother I fill your pain ! I had a "A" type aorta dissection on Jan 3rd wile paddling out to Haleiwa. the doctors have been telling me a 1 years recover ! Mahalo for the filming I enjoy the mind surfing along with you and all the others Cheers!

I am a little confused why you out of the water. I heard something about sore ribs, I hope you haven't broken any ribs? I broke 3 ribs in Portugal, February. I couldn't stand watching cooking waves from the beach so I left Porugal for more landlocked place, the Alps. After 3 months, not even a hope of a chance to surf. Nearly 6 months now and I can still feel it in the gym. I suggest you move to a shitty surf place like Cape Town :-) or no surf at all like Jhb.

Yip two ribs gone.. Watching is the worst part for sure! Only 3 weeks in and no idea when I will be back.. Not enjoying this little period at all but then I have no choice.. Hopefully I heal sooner than expected or I may be facing a divorce as well.. Total humour failure at present 🤣..
