Venturing beyond the bounds of HKIA to give our travellers the best support, we are introducing Home Baggage Check-in Service - one that allows you to skip the usual baggage check-in process at the airport and make your journey simpler.
Now passengers travelling with participating airlines can sign up for this service online. An authorised agent will collect your baggage at your doorstep in downtown Hong Kong, and deliver the baggage directly to HKIA and onto your flight. With a real-time tracking function, you can just sit back, relax, and reclaim your baggage once you land in your destination!
