He also wrote a series in four volumes under the title of The Dramatic Universe. Many things are explained in this series that are remarkable and I have never seen such insights into how the world works and our place in it anywhere else (and I've looked). JGB was a phenomenally gifted communicator and of all the remarkable men and women who encountered Gurdjieff and tried to communicate what he was teaching, JGB was, in my opinion, the very best. He founded two schools, one in England and one in the United States. Students came from all over the world and lived together for 9 - 10 months to work and study daily. It was the most amazing experience of my life. There were 5 Basic courses in England and 9 in the US. In 1983-84 I was the youngest adult student(21) on the final course of this extraordinary experiment. I say youngest adult as there were several children of other adult students who lived with us too and I always considered them students as well.

Wow! What a story. I am becoming more and more aware of what you say about Bennett, and I will certainly be keeping an eye out for a nice edition of the dramatic universe. Would you be interested in sharing your experiences with me in a video conversation? I would love to hear more about it. Let me know. You can find my email in the video description. I look forward to hearing from you. 😊🙏

Lewis, you speak of your synchronicity of the book you we're reading, Idiots in Paris, when you went to Paris. My synchronicity is listening to this video just today 29th October, and then hearing you read that this is the anniversary date of Gurdjieff's death!!! I gave my prayers and thanks to you for reading all the Gurdjieff works, and my blessings to Gurdjieff himself for all the work he did to raise the awareness and consciousness of humanity.

I've read several of Mr. Bennett's books. One book I found especially helpful is, A Spiritual Psychology. Thank you for making these ideas available to a wider audience.

‚Making a new world‘ seems to be the most interesting. How Gurdjeff is connected with the Sufi tradition is commonly unknown.

It’s an interesting exploration of G’s history and the early influence on his ideas. I think we will read it soon. 👍
