Didn't know if you mentioned it already, but Neuron was the name of his original dance crew in Gwangju, which he started his dance career with in middle school. This is an homage to his roots.

To be fair, does anyone in BTS have an album that we skip through? I cannot say that with a lot of artists. There are only a few that I listen to that when I play their albums, I do not skip not one song. Michael Jackson, Boyz II Men, and now BTS!!!!

Truth, Nico! I said the same thing to a friend the other day: “The hip hop culture has to be so proud of the impact it has around the world.” Jhope’s documentary is everything and more that I hoped for. He is bringing the world together through his love of dance when forces out there are trying to divide us. I am learning so much from him and about him. Love your reaction and I really appreciate what you said about Hip-Hop and JHOPE. I’m senior Army and I remember when Hip-Hop started it was truly poetry put to music. There were clear messages and stories being told. But I stopped listening to Hip-Hop in the early 90’s because it was diverging from its roots. BTS got me interested in rapping again because to me they were embracing the roots of Hip-Hop by bringing people together through their messages in their music. They lift up a community of people not tear down or brag about insignificant things. I’ve seen a lot of KZbin channels talk about Hip-Hop is dead especially rapping, and I say to myself, look beyond the US, it’s massive and growing everyday. It’s as if they’ve lost the true meaning of this genre and not giving it the respect it deserves. A lot of people don’t want to say it, but JHOPE and BTS know what they are doing and they are killing it.

Hoseok always making the perfect vision / plans to make connections in his songs, I love it! You can tell he really puts a lot of thought and part of his soul in every artistic aspect of what he does. 💜 I'm so proud of him!! I love his lyrics a lot. The whole album is so good!! My personal favorites right now are Neuron, I wonder and lock / unlock which is basically half of the album lol. It's impossible to not move or dance while listening to Hope On The Street Vol.1 fr! Oh and his documentary?? AMAZING. Watching him trying his best to learn more about dancing and showing his passion is everything. This man is so talented 🔥 it made me really emotional as well I wish Hobi receives all the love and support bc he deserves so much more.

Actually, I have seen several reactors (that I used to watch a lot) react only to I Wonder. Jungkook's part was good in this song but J Hope's part was also good and he did such a good job on all six tracts that they all need to be appreciated, especially Neuron, the title song.
