Brilliant stuff from JJ. The strict time limits imposed by the Committee chairwoman (who sounds like she wants to get things over) require JJ to speak rather faster that he would no doubt like. But is clearly said and you can go over it and listen again. A strong defence of why new media like KZbinrs sholuld not be brought under the Media law. The Bill is really to shore up CanCon and protect old media outlets. AsJJ says, if they want it, let it apply to the old media only.
