Age bahut chhoti h aapki, aap day time m hi khana Khao....sun set se half an HR or one hr pehle. Body khana digest kr legi sone se pehle and aap thik ho jaaoge,,,,, but it will take time... Evening m halka sa Khao ho sake tab single veg ya fruit ka salad hi Khao. Papita kha sakte ho kheera kha sakte ho. Few months m bilkul theek ho jaaoge. Nonveg kuchh months na hi Khao...

वेरी गुड सर जी आप बहुत बहुत अच्छे डॉक्टर हो सर जी लेकिन आप बताओ सर जी यदि पानी खाना ही एसीडीक है तो इसमे क्या करें आप बहुत बहुत अच्छा ईलाज बता रहे हो परंतु फल, सब्जी अनाज आदि में तो रासायनिक खाद्य के वजह से ही तो बहुत सी बीमारी हो रहा है इसलिए आयुर्वेद अपनाना चाहिए सर जी क्योंकि एलो पैथिक दवा मे भी नुकसान होता है जी
