when we spend our energy totally in "what is', then 'what is' will fade, jealous, angry, envy, and so on. but if there is inattention, here comes the movement away from 'what is' to 'what should be' , which not only waste our energy, but also leave 'what is' to us. So, totally observe the 'what is', pay attention to it, with no direction, with no motivation, with no time.

True actions can only arise when there is no center, no divisions, comparisons nor judgments, all mental formations. We're connected but thinking we're separated. Thanks K and friends.

Essentially, K asks in the end, can the mind remain in what is without moving away? That is total observation. All I know is that I don't know, I guess I haven't enquired deep enough. And also, if there is no jealousy in total observation, then who is to say that any emotion, including love, can be? Perhaps it is false by me to assume that love is an emotion at all. So many questions arise when I listen to K, and at the end I question if it was worth it at all to go through this.

He did not go into discontentment. He mentioned that behind desire there is discontentment. We desire because we are discontent. And that breaking of discontentment is possible. But why are we always discontent? Would love to discuss it with anyone who is interested.

We are discontent because what we think "should be" doesnt align with what it actually is. If there is no desire then there is no discontent because we are whole in that moment.

You are discontented because you don’t like the fact (what is). The fact that you are fear, anxiety, violence, sorrow etc.. SO based on that you desire to become something else. To become un angry, happy, someone other than what is. Hope that helps you.!

So behind any desire there is discontentment of what is..! Either the desire is for something inside us (happiness, security, etc) or any object outside (bigger house, better wife, etc)
