Meditation in movement=ending of self. We identify, possess, create, will, project, all mental formations from the limited content of consciousness. When the totality of humanity is acting through this physical vessel without this "I-ness", this illusive individuality, at the exact moment of exact situation, no distinctions of Subject-verb-objects, True action is moving, timelessly. That's absolute truth, pathless land. Thanks K and friends.

Meditation can be the doorway into both the subconscious and unconscious realms of mind (where the sense of self resides). Here, our observations of the thoughts that the ego uses to essentially keep us distracted from understanding who we actually are can provide us with ever-profound clarity - ever-deepening enlightenment, if you will - regarding the ego itself (which could ultimately lead to the dissolution of the self itself). The words "can" and "could" are used here because this all does require a certain degree of passion and commitment (or seriousness - as JK often speaks of).
