It's amazing those R32's, the oldest in the fleet, look just like they rolled off the factory floor,even better then the ones I used to ride in the 70's! Wish I could say the same for the 42's, but with those rusty roofs, I think their days are numbered. Also I didn't see any R143's in that mix, are they all back on the "L" now?

+tf51d The R32s look great. They're doing wonderfully and if given the maintenence they need will last for a long time. The R42s however do need work. This was taken in early August, when only 1 R143 set was assigned to the line. It wasn't running the day I was filming. I actually saw an R143 on the M today, so they are still on the line.

The R32 is a wonderful train but the braking sound is terrible. But for a 50+ year old train, it is still able to look nice and operate
