Hello sir love your content it is really helpful, i have a question regarding my case, my wife filed a false DV case on me and my parents and i have be on 17 hearings without fail but my wife only showed up twice when judge gave her warnings, and this will be my 18th hearing and i am about to submit my affidavit. What happens when she doesn't show up on the give dates, because she works as a government employee and she skips all the hearings and on the last hearing she submitted an incomplete Affidavit without giving any income proof or any other documents.

What if some one don't pay the maintenance. Will he get jailed. And if he gone to jail even after coming back he doesn't pay the arrear than for how long he has to go to jail. If he didn't want to pay any thing and he didn't have any movable and immovable property

Aap budhi ho jaogi case ladte ladte. Fhir baad me aap kahi ki bhi nahi rahogi. Bati agar hogi to uski shaadi karne me bhi problem hogi. Aap kisi ke kahne me nahi aaiye. Matter ko short out kar lijye kisi achcha aadmi ko beech me daal ke. Aap bhi khush rahiye aur usko uske haal pe chor dijye. Usko saza dene ka aur bhi legal rasta hai. Jaroori nhi ki case lad ke hi ho.

Sir mere case main v aisa hi hai sir mere case main v 3& half yr ho gya hai. Sir aap btaye ke kaise case jald khatam kru. 1. Sir agar as per rule hai ke 60days tak case decide hoga. To sir mai maintiance v tab tak ka doo to main kyu 3-4 yr tak maintiance doo. To sir contempt of law to court ke dobara hua hai nank meri taraf se. 2. Agar sir wife dv prove nahi kr paati hai to kyu firr v maintiance le sakti hai ja case false pe maintiance nahi lagega.

Hello Bhag Singh....dv nahi hui tab bhi wife maintenance le sakti hai....aapko jaldi case khatam karna hai to wife se one time settlement karo...thats the easiest way....otherwise cases main to time lag hi jata hai....u know the process...good luck....
