Hello sir, My wife has filed DV case, we had a little fight and she got hurt a little on her hand and then I got out from there for few days and in between she was talking to me normally and sometime again we fought with abusive language but I didn't realize that she was recording my phone calls don't know how she got medical report on that showing a big bruises mark even after 4 days. Hello Tanay...plz remember that the most common relief sought by wife is maintenance...498 is more serious nature case...so need not worry...just defend this DV case hire a good lawyer...here if you don't wanna continue with this relation then you should file divorce case immediately...before she files 498a...otherwise if you wanna settle again then try to settle the case thru mediation...DV case is not that serious nature case...but be ready to pay maintenance...thanks...good luck...

Hello shabnoor...DV case main normally maintenance jis date pe case file kiya hai uss date se milta hai but kabhi kabhi judge date of order se bhi laga dete hain...so aap date of filing se hi maan kar chaliye but order jaroor dekh lena..kahi usme date of order se to nahi likha... thanks...good luck...

Sir my question is ghar ke sabhi logo ko summon kiya hai. Main kese sabke name nikalwaun all are living in a joint family 25gaz ka chota ghar hai. Wife ne rent agreement lgaya hai to next order mere against kya ho skta hai. Case me bilkul jhutha hai I have all evidence mujhe kya krna chahiye
