金属用タップで木にタップを立てられるのか検証［鬼目ナット代を浮かせる］

金属用のタップダイスセットで木にタップを立てられるのか検証した動画です。木に雌ネジを立てることで「鬼目ナット」や「爪付きTナット」が不要になりブラックサンダー代が浮きます。とんでも負荷がかかる構造物には不向きですが、負荷のかからない家具や治具などには十分使えると感じました。
We tested whether you can stand a tap on a tree with a tap die set for metal. By setting up a female screw on the wood, you don't need "Oni-me nuts" or "T-nuts with claws" and it becomes economical. It is not suitable for structures that are subjected to strong loads, but I felt that it was sufficient for furniture and jigs that are not subjected to loads.
