Thank you masters 🙏 main 2004 se 2005 tak meditation kiya karti thi..... Uske bad PMC channel main masters ke gyan se inspire hoke fir se dhyan shuru kiya March se... bahot help hota hain masters ke guidence pake... khud ko dhund neki prayas shuru kiya hain... Jari hain prayas... aur mujhe guide kijiye please... Dhyan jab third eye main apne ap kendrit hota hain aur lagta hain ki bas ye sukun hain... Tab na jane kitne anjana chehra samne ata hain aur chale bhi jata hain... Fir Focus loss ho jati hain ye soch kar ki kya hain ye sab.. kya main concentrate nehi kar pa rahi hoon? Phir se dhyan shuru karti hoon but yo pal phir nehi ati hain... Kya karoon 🙏
