incredible how the pasta sauce is so concentrated, it can be used as if it were miso paste--really smart way to make the restaurant efficient and i bet it's so flavorful

When did it started?.I was there fr 1992-1996 I never knew any restaurant especializes in spaghetti. It was a battle between ramen and odon. I was really surprised now im watching video like this i love spaghetti too much and I never knew this spaghetti restaurant when i was there. I enterd Japan in July, 1992 and I left in Sept 1996
300 and 500 gm pasta very generous portions. Labor intensive preparation ensures deep flavors with quick serving time keeps customers rotating in and out. Everybody Happy.

I'm kind of surprised that spaghetti is so popular in Japan. Very interesting that the sauce does not seem to be tomato based. I want to try!

Italian-style Pasta was introduced to Japan, by the U.S. military after World War II. Pasta as an ingredient, was subsequently incorporated into Yoshoku cuisine (Western influenced Japanese food). This style of cooking combines "Western" ingredients and techniques with Japanese ones. Yoshoku dishes are now regarded as Japanese comfort food.
This is what good kitchen look like enough working staff good equipment,proper menu,,, much better than our kitchen 3 staff 3 daily worker 5 trainee 65 menu 5 restorant $hi*ty equipment,, crazy plating ,,, 5 star disaster 😂😂😂😂 the only good thing is the salary

An employee working here for 40 years!! That's some loyalty. Question for Japanese audience here - Why are these Kagome tins in all the restaurants? Are they meant to be reusable? I see them in almost every restaurant kitchen video!!
