But like, just bc smone is suffering more, doesnt mean ur own suffering is invalid, or that u arent allowed to ask for help if u feel like ur down in the dumps. Maybe use the knowledge of bigger problems existing as a leverage to pull urself through whatever it is ur going through, that u can get through this if other ppl managed to go through smthn worse.
