To hear this from you, being an expert in Bach, is very encouraging! 🌹🙏 I'm not sure whether this would be worthy of a concert hall, but I'd be happy if more folks on KZbin would make the time to listen to it because as you know this being a serious piece with a dark melancholic tone is not as pleasing to most listeners as Bach's other works. For me the challenge was to make the subject sufficiently heard when it was played in a highly dense texture particularly by the two middle voices (alto & tenor). I'm sure you will do a great job of this as you have done with others when the time comes.

So, even though I really like the fugue, in a way, I had to play it to finish the set 😅 as I could feel the difficulty and challenges along the way. But, in my mind, I had to finish it regardless. 😉
