One of the best Bach Solo Sonaten Recordings that I've ever heard. All the lines of the Fuge are kept in order... No scratching and no abrubt Forte Chords.. Beautifully played.. Masterful interpretation.. Midori is playing Bach..... and not just violin. Thank you for such inspirational music making.

Fantastic, I loved this interpretation and playing. In some movements it seemed to me that the violinist was, apart from playing beautifully, was seeing the music, or at least seeing something with here eyes wide open focused on a point - very impressive concentration.

Ok, now anyone who thinks what you heard was good...RUN and find HEIFETZ and ONLY HEIFETZ playing this Sonata ... so you can hold and keep true PERFECTION in the forefront of your memory/mind NOT THIS! Midori just isn't good enough to do justice to this magnificent music. I mean it, really, go/run to HEIFETZ to hear how wonderful this Bach Sonata #3 really is!!!
