Thanx for your logical explanation of do's and donot's about daily exercise. Myself almost regular morning stroller for about 90 minutes am having comfortabiliry in my knee pain,varicose veins and energy levels.I donot have any sugar level and blood pressure issue.Wt loss is very gradual in reduction.Age is only 67yrs.

Earlier people use to work hard all this exercising n walking anu erlilla they were all healthy,where as ,now we r used to technology n stress..we pay money to doctor's instead work by own cook clean n job keeping busy will always makes us fit.walk instead riding for simple shopping..walking is always best.,👍🏻good information...
