39 year old female 82 kgs very bad health and last month found fibroid 7.3cm outside uterus attached to it. 15 days before I started intermittent fasting. No tea no coffee. Only breakfast and little late lunch. Also only home cooked. 1 hour of 6 to 7am walking daily. This changed my health drastically. My fibroid has shrunk little I feel and no more uncomfortable bloating. I have long way to go. As of now 82 kg reduced to 78 kg.

Today I hit the 10 kg weight loss mark.. I've been seeing your content for good 4.5 months gaining insight into nutrition.. fasting and incorporating it as a way of life .. now that I have incorporated it, it doesn't that difficult a task than I had thought about it.. timing my eating habits, sleeping habits, having insight about what I'm eating.. enjoying the food as well.. thanks for the knowledge and guidance you're sharing.. content like yours should be promoted guiding an easy way to understand nutrition and body functions since I'm from a finance background .. now the focus is to lose visceral and subcutaneous fat and build muscle

One comment to make: people adding black salt on cucumber and fruit actually comes from the tradition, at least in the north, of adding it on cucumber in the hot summer. It is a very quick way to replenish minerals in your body lost due to sweat.

Dr pal I have been a huge fan of your content ever since I have been watching you. I found you some time ago right here on KZbin shorts and I introduced you to my family, both my mom and brother love your content and we have finally broken out of bad practices by eating dinner early, stop consuming late night snacks and lowkey reducing overall sugar input. Your insight in gut health has really changed our lives. I was wondering if we could have a podcast session once i hit 50k subs. I will personally reach out to you then, and I have an idea of what we could talk about with reference to some issues in India and across the globe, all of this will be relevant to your field of proficiency. I look up to you Dr pal, you and Dr k are the best docs I've seen so far. Thanks for your contribution on KZbin :)

My 1-month of intermittent fasting led to 3.1 kgs weight loss. It is all about one's determination and dedication to it. Very hard to begin with IF but worth every effort and every act of self -control of NOT eating junk processed food. Other than that - different variations of salad, light breakfast -mainly fruits, veggies loaded lunch , dinner before 8 pm, also adding paneer, soy and nuts in meals. I can see difference in my skin too. I do have my cheat meal once or twice a week .😁 Thankyou so much for this video , Dr. Pal and Zealocity for your insights.✨

I use the veg chopper . The onions or tomatoes or capsicum.or cabbage are chopped so finely that instead of 1 can add MORE QTANTITY of the particular vegetable in the dal or rice or any dish that I make .Best way to include more quantity.vegetable like onions ,more tomatoes in all.dishes . Try it it works and the dish turns out tastier as all are well mixed .
@janejustin1788Ай бұрын
very true, salads with big cuts or uncut vegetables look scary and unappetizing. Whenever I see most American salads, I just lose appetite because of the whole green beans, lettuce, big cucumbers etc. But finely cut vegetables and fruits mixed together are so colourful and they even make you salivate.

Unpolished rice are good but nowadays Matta rice is polished if you like the taste you can take it. It is rich in fiber and other nutrients. The quantity of rice you eat is also important. Usually we eat less when rice is unpolished.

It was an absolute pleasure to see as you embark on thoughtful journeys for advocating health, nutrition and wellness through lifestyle. I also had an idea in mind if you can focus, on how to get the maximum amount of protein from foods cooked at home. For eg, in case your weight is between 60-70, what all will you incorporate to suffice the amount of protein in home cooked meals. What will be your sources and how will you compile with carb and fibre to ensure a proper metabolism.

I lost 20kg in 10mnths with intermittent fasting. Which is very easy. Finish your dinner early before sunset like 7pm and I don't eat anything since then till next day like 10 or 11am so I was not eating 16 hours and I was eating everything from 11am till 7pm. And I stopped eating junk food sweets and chocolate. N I was drinking lots of water that's it. I ddint even do exercise still I lost 20kg. I was 84.7kg now I'm 64.5kg. If you want eat 3 meals but cut down your quantity of food and stop completely sweets and junks and drink lots of water that's enough you will lose weight very easily

Mr Pal, there is a saying in English that all rivers flow into the ocean, similar all religious practices lead to salvation in the exact same way all medical systems aim to alleviate diseases and improve health. Intelligence is not the birthright of a particular region, religion, country or community. Your forefathers were extremely intelligent and have gathered lot of wisdom and understanding of health and wellbeing. It is documented in a section of the Vedas called Ayurveda. Please put the time and effort to study this beautiful and deep science. A civilization which looked outside and said that sun is the center of the universe much before the western world should have been able to understand the internal world of oneself without a doubt.

Not to discourage or make fun, just for information, in jain community, it is very common for people to fast for 8 days (only water) before Ganesh Chaturthi (Paryushan parv). Even kids do it. They also do 30 day fasting and many other formats. You should explore Jainism way of fasting Dr. Pal. There is also a systemic way to break the fast.
