水蜜桃 1顆 (去核，切小丁約220g)
中筋麵粉 120g + 1大匙(與水蜜桃丁混合)
泡打粉 1小匙
鹽 1/4小匙
軟化的無鹽奶油 58g
砂糖 110g
室溫雞蛋 1個
香草精 1小匙
牛奶 75ml
上層裝飾
軟化的無鹽奶油 15g
砂糖 1大匙
黑糖 1大匙
中筋麵粉 1又1/2大匙
肉桂粉 1/8小匙
水蜜桃片 適量 (可省略)
糖粉 適量 (可省略)

【Ingredients】
1 large yellow peach (peeled and chopped, approx. 220g)
120g all-purpose flour + 1 tbsp for peaches
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
58g unsalted butter (softened)
110g granulated sugar
1 egg (room temperature)
1tsp vanilla extract
75ml milk
Topping
15g unsalted butter (softened)
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 ½ tbsp all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
