The werewolf offspring that was essentially a normal wolf is named Borf. He appeared in the game Hogwarts Mystery, so it's debatable whether it's canon or not, but if he's also mentioned on Pottermore then I'd assume he is? We only see him as a pup. He doesn't transform, and he's very intelligent and beautiful.

He must have been incredibly potent, magically. His son was clearly academically gifted and was then hand-picked by Voldemort as a Death Eater, lots of magical chops. So to keep him under guard must have really taken effort, especially because it's spelled out that Winky was also using her magic to control him. Huh, just thinking, perhaps Crouch was losing strength in his old age, and had to lean on Winky more and more?
