An easy recipe on how to make Chinese cocktail buns - 雞尾包 (Gai Mei Bao)
Ingredients - 材料

1) Make Tangzhong - 製作湯種
25g plain flour - 25 克普通麵粉
100ml water - 100ml 水
2) Make the Bun Dough
350g bread flour - 350 克高筋麵粉
50g butter - 50 克牛油

3) Make the Filling (馅料)
