(約一大包份量 About one large pack)
材料 Ingredients:
炸魚皮 120克-180克 - 120g-180g Deep-fried fish skin
鹹蛋黃 6隻 - 6 Salted egg yolks
咖哩葉 約30塊 - about 30 Curry leaves
牛油 20克 - 20 g of Butter
糖 2茶匙 - 2 teaspoon of Sugar
辣椒粉 1茶匙 - 1 teaspoon of Chili powder
咖哩粉 1/8茶匙 (不必要) - 1/8 teaspoon of Curry powder (optional)
