火と煙の入り口を閉めて消すと黒炭になりますが、木を除湿して空気が入る通路を少しずつ開けて高温で燃やすと炭が出てきます戻る。火室の口を大きく開けて設置します。ストーブ全体の温度が高いです。出てきた木炭を取り、火を消して白い木炭を得るのに十分な量が必要です。 ？

Thank you for watching my video. This ash is a mixture of ash and soil after burning wood. Place this ash on Binchotan and wait for one night. Then take out Binchotan.

炉全体を密閉して火を完全に鎮火させることはできないのかな

結果から言うとこの窯ではできません。この窯は、白炭専用ですので隙間多いので、閉めればおそらくすべて灰になってしまうでしょう。隙間のない窯で入り口を密閉したら完全に消えます。そうしてできた炭は『黒炭』と呼ばれお茶会などで使われます。
