It always has been like this and still is - I got bored of chasing 99’s many, many years ago and took everything slow while taking the time to just… talk to strangers. Walk up to people. Observe e-daters/other strange things from the bushes and hop in. Being a little mischievous while also being kind is so much more fun to me, idk. I play RuneScape for the people now; weird interactions with others is only a f2p world away. You’d be surprised at the friends you make. The way J1mmy plays RS here is the true end-game content here tbh

I used to login late at night super drunk with the sole purpose to start a zamorakian cult. I'd hand out robes black knives, toy horses, wine, and 5k to noobs who would follow me around spreading the good word of Zamorak. We usually have a good ole fashioned sacrifice in the wilderness castle and organize to burn down the church of saradomin in the Varrack castle and monistary. I actually remember running into these guys a few times way back, good to see they're still up to their antics haha! Hail Zamorak!

I encountered the snow ball gang yesterday. I escaped f2p after 1 1/2 months of playing. I started in December and got members 2 days ago and loving every bit of it. I didn’t know anything but the name RuneScape until I tried it a week before this last Christmas.
