Revisit Hakam Din Bagpipes with better drone reeds.

When I first posted this set of pipes I was in dire straights with my foot wound and was trying to conserve on funds and didn't want to spend any cash just in case another emergency happened.

I have a set of hakamdin pipes and they sound very good. I had to put a bit of work into them. Mainly upgrading the reeds to redwood reeds and I use my personal chanter. I don’t have the issue of the bass drone tuning. It’s right where it needs to be
