There is an EP sound included in this pack. However, the modulation capabilities of the REV 2 allow for much more detailed modeling of the architecture of the sound of an EP. So in short, it won't sound AS electric piano-y.

ahhh that patch unfortunately is long gone ... I just re-listened to that clip. You could start with the 230 J3PO Pad and add some chorus to it...and possibly up the attack slightly so it takes a little longer for the sound to develop. I think that should get you pretty close. ;)

@@iTsSdRaWkCaB one is not better than the other. They are just different flavors of basically the same thing. Having one does not negate having the other. You can make similar sounds on both. But you can also make wildly different sounds on both. The presets on the OB6 attract people at first more than the Prophet 6, but if you dive into the world of sound design, you see that both synths are on equal footing.

I've been thinking about it. The only problem is that it's hard to tell what most VST synth people are using these days. I personally love Serum. I feel like you can make virtually any sound on that synth. And I think a lot of people use it. I'd like to set up a poll to see what soft synth our community is gravitating towards these days.
