ZPKB - One of the best scenes from the episode was when Meenu imagined Roshan returning to the village. Sajal, displaying her acting prowess conveyed Meenu's deep longing for Roshan who had been her pillar of support, solely through her expressive and tearful eyes. What I admire about Meenu is her courage, she insisted that she would pursue her studies after marriage n expressed her stance against being pressured to have children.Despite Munawar's rejection due to her progressive views, she remained steadfast in her beliefs

ZPKB Meenu sitting next to her dad on a charpai is so natural. This is how people talk and relate to each other in villages. Meenu is also very social and has shown to have leadership skills and resourcefulness. As it is shown she will give some competition to Malik sahib

i really enjoyed Zpkb where meenu was collecting plates for her rishta ,the tadfeen ka patha turning itno table was so morbid but so funny , sajal ki acting when she was thinking abt Roshan how brilliant she is , bhabhi taking out her crockery from sandooq depict the time and live of village and even our nani dadis use to have that jahez ka sandooq . THE dialogues r just so brilliant intelligent writing hats off to entire team.

I completely agree with your assessment of drama Gentleman except your assessment on Yumna. In my view, she is the weakness of this drama. She is not at all convincing in her character. We are expecting a strong personality for this charcter. She she is delivering dialogue but there seems no connect hence not convincing. You may disagree now but later will accept. Rest of the actors have huge caliber and ability and are convincing. Adnan is also adorable though his character is grey . This is his ability. I would have not watched this drama had Humayun not acted in this serial. He is cute in some scenes . This would have been better made in 3 hrs movie instead of 20 episode drama .

Ohhh my God. What an actor SAJAL ALI is. Shes outstanding and absolute a chameleon in her acting. It was the chills down the spine moment for me. There are so many of her shows which had such impact and goosebumps moment and ZPKB is one of it. Ufff she literally makes us cry buckets. Noor Jahan - agree it's intelligent story telling. They've used saas-bahu to show a power dynamic that can happen anywhere. Noor Jahan layed into Sumbul because she's asserting her control. Also deflecting blame for her own mistake. She ignored Safeer's request to marry Maha. Instead of accepting her fault, she dumped it on Sumbul. This is what egoistic people do.

They are telling the stories of many a father, who despite coming from underprivileged backgrounds support the dreams of their daughters... Calling it a fairytale would imply that it's rarely done... Which is not true... I, myself, know several such fathers and their daughters who have grown up to be strong, independent women...

Gentleman : No, Hassan, Zarnab doesn't know whether Munna has changed or not; she just trusted his words blindly. That's our bone of contention-how gullible she could be as a 'seasoned journalist,' as you call her. What we know as the audience and what the characters know about each other in the drama are two different things. Unless Zarnab was mind-reading, she surely dropped the ball there. Poor writing and character sketching in Gentleman both for Munna and Zarnab

I would disagree that there is no acting in Jaan Nisar. The reason some of us may feel that way is possibly because Danish has played the character many times before. But the reason the role of the rich and powerful suit Danish so much is not only because he's tall, dark and handsome. Its his subtle facial expressions, the way he emotes with his eyes amd carries himself. If we were look at other actors who've played similar roles, all of whom were handsome men, we will clearly see that Danish is one of the most believable in the role because of his ability to emote so very well and convey emotions non verbally. The mark of a true actor is when we cant tell they're acting because they've become the character. Thats why for me personally Sultan Durrani is Danish's best performance to date. Ofcourse I would enjoy seeing him try something thats 180 degrees from his roles now, but until then, I cant complain. 😁♥️

I really didn’t understand the review of gentleman! It wasn’t supposed to have crime sequences actions primarily! Teasures drama name are not misleading at all! So how can the expectations be misguided it is basically a love story where two lovers of different personalities are shown different from all we are currently observing in dramas now Zarnab and munna act differently from their nature only when the other person is concerned otherwise the intelligence of zarnab and tasshan of munna are always on point and they do so just because of their soulful connection they figured out subconsciously at a glance or after listening to the other I don’t think their charecters have been flat at all! Otherwise zarnab can be easily fooled by faris and munna behaved like other gundas in front of faris!

When Hassan was making comment on pronunciation, right before amna pinpointed sajjal, I also was immediately thinking of sajal ‘ Qaaf n if not wrong some English word . Watching drama i was thinking that a girl could be genius or hard working in village but can’t have such good accent ... remember urea in udari

you should interview Sajjal and ask her the question, how she is able to select dramas that are so different and good...Does she get it because she has established herself as tremendous actor or is there a process...I can hardly remember any of her drama which are not brilliant

Hassan we visited northern areas last year, our flight to Skardu got cancelled and we hired a van. It was comfortable but the drive at one point got so hard and it took us 18 hours to reach Eagle Nest at Hunza. It was beautiful, but I would recommend staying at Luxus resort at Attabad lake. That’s the most beautiful spot. We also got stuck in land slide, that all becomes so hard. And the drive could never be for 7-8 hours, it’s always more than that since roads are still tricky. I’m sure lots of people filled you in with details but feel free to ask more.

Thoroughly enjoying ZPKB but way too many issues are being discussed. While it seems enjoyable for now, i hope it will stay this way. With a very serious issue being discussed in literally every scene, it is becoming really heavy watch gradually
