It’s one of the best songs from Mohd. Rafi during the early 70’s. The movie “Seema (1971)” was an unsuccess, with actor Kabir Bedi and Simi, but....one hell of a song. Rafi’s voice is different in this and he sings with ease while Sharda sings only same lines “jab bhi yeh dil udaas hota hai, jaane kaun aas pas hota hai”. Jaikishan of the Shankar - Jaikishan duo passed away during the making of this film. The film was dedicated to his memory.
