Anardana-2tbsp
Garam masala- 1/2tsp
Kasoori methi-1tbsp
Amla dry-2tbsp
Baking soda-1 tsp
Green coriander- 2tbsp
salt- to taste
For bhatura-
Maida-1cup
Wheat flour-1/2cup
Suji-1/4cup
Eno salt-5gm
Salt-1tsp
Curd- 1/4cup
Oil-1tsp

Chef Bhupi is a real chef who knows how cooking is done! He combines both art and science of cooking together....I see so many cookery channels but most are just stylised chefs who unnecessarily speak too much but have little substance in their cooking and others are "KZbin chefs" who have not even gone to culinary schools but copy and paste recipes under their name...thank god I found this authentic channel!
