Besan - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 TSP
Turmeric Powder - 1/3 TSP
Rec Chilli Powder - 1/2 TSP
Carom Seeds - 1/2 TSP
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Water - 3/4 cup
For Daali:
Toor/Arhar Dal - 1 cup
Moong Dal - 1/4 cup
Water - 4 cup
Salt - 1.5 TSP
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 TSP
Peanuts - 4 tbsp
For Tadka:
Ghee - 4 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 TSP
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 TSP
Bay Leaf - 2
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Dry Red Chilli - 2
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Black Cardamom - 1
Green Cardamom - 2
Cloves - 2
Onion - 2 medium size
Ginger, Garlic & Green Chilli Paste - 1 tbsp
Tomato - 1
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 TSP
Red Chilli Powder - 1 TSP
Coriander Powder - 1 TSP
Cumin Powder - 1 TSP
Hot Water As Needed
Salt to taste
Garam Masala - 1/2 TSP
Jaggery - 1 TSP
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves
For Final Tadka:
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Asafoetida/Hing - 1/8 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 TSP
