Exact same issue. I experienced some IT band issues on my right and I think I favored that side..became more rotated and my psoas got weaker.

ok please tell me more... i think i have this.. going on 8 months.. no one can figure out.. my left leg is like doing weird things when I run and i cannot land properly and it just feels so weird

Late to comment..hope your issue has resolved by now. Many practitioners are ignorant to the issue. None of them recognized my psoas issue, weakness nor the cause of my pelvic rotation. We really must be our own advocates. If the psoas is not working properly, the leg below will not function properly either.

I've been going on 5weeks with psoas injury got it playing soccer...i can run but can't sprint or kick ball wondering if I should stop running? Did you?

Hey Jake, concerning your arch I recommend you to check out this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aICye2x3hpZ0e8k . These workouts helped me with strenghtening my foot.
