This is story of my overstriding woes-from symptoms to solution-and I hope that you'll learn from my mistakes!
If you notice that:
- you are reaching with one foot (or both feet)
- one arch hurts worse than the other
- your tibialis posterior is weak
- one calf is stronger than the other
- one glute is stronger than the other
- you are leaning to one side
- one shoulder is more raised than the other
- you have sensation of losing control of your leg
- there is something off-balance with your stride but you don't know what
Then you MAY be suffering from the same thing I was. I sincerely hope this helps you stay healthy! :)
