I work with Dirty Dan myself and you wouldn't believe it but yesterday I caught him using Christmas wrapping paper to cover the produce and meats instead of plastic wrap. So when I went into the fridge it looked like Christmas morning. He also makes a dish he calls sweet mayo cream. Which is just mayo, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. He'll actually put it on the counter next to the cash register in a big bowl that he sells on the side for a dollar. He sometimes sits there and has conversations with the customers, trying to sell his sweet mayo cream while sticking his fingers in it and tasting it for himself. Then when it's not selling, he will get in a panic and constantly bring up "my cream ain't selling today, I ain't throwing it out". So if the day ends with "his cream" left, he will actually take it and hide it somewhere in the kitchen. One time he hide it in the bosses office and forgot about it so after a few weeks had gone by it smelt like a burnt dumpster full of shitty hair diapers. The boss was flaming mad because he knew it had something to due with Dirty Dan but didn't know what. He was actually more upset that Dan kept coming into his office taking big sniffs and then saying "smells like mama's house".

I got blamed for not washing my hands and being sick for a week.... dumb customers don’t realize waiters don’t touch your food 99% of the time, we bring the food to you with minimal at least of direct contact with your food, and in this particular place, I didn’t touched their food , if I did it was merely seconds , the one cook who was working that day was one who touches his face and scratches his ass (obviously not his bare ass just over the clothes )I remember cause we were slow and he was the only cook there. Please, if you’re a cook that doesn’t practice safe sanitation and cleanliness, don’t cook.
