The competition was "Hold Your Wee for a Wii". I'm from Sacramento California, and it was on a morning radio show in this area. 1:33:07 That kind of lag / stuttering is usually (and in my experience only) caused when the game has to generate facegen meshes + textures on the fly. I.e. you either have a mod or CC content that lacks pre-generated + properly BA2 archived facegen data for its NPCs. The mod/CC does not necessarily need to even add "new" NPCs, any modifications to an NPC skin/hair/any body property is enough to be a "new" NPC that needs a facegen record.

Not sure if making game monitor limited to 120hz will help your lag if your second monitor is only 60hz. It makes videos and some games lag for me if i try 144hz.

things the next gen update didnt fix: above 60 fps crashing and physics issues load times (on avg it is 1-2 times longer) weapon debries crashing and on top of that it broke mods which is the worst sin of them all, its wild that bethsda did this especially with no default option to backport it feels like they were just trying to sabotage fallout london or non creation modding to be honest
