Our testing doesn't stop once we've published a review! We're always working on improving our methodology to capture the true capabilities of a product more accurately. Since releasing test bench 1.7, which changed the way we test noise isolation, we've retested these buds, resulting in a score change. you can read about those changes here: www.rtings.com/headphones/tests/changelogs/1-7 You can also read the full updated review here: www.rtings.com/headphones/reviews/jabra/elite-10-true-wireless

Bose is not the best option in the market. The bose app has fewer features than the one from Jabra. I often have issues with the bose, while the Jabra works reliably.

Really good review!👍🏽 Just returned my Bose Ultra buds and got the Elite 10 ones. As you said, they're not too innovative but definitely miles more reliable and the sound is not that much differente at all. The only pros on Bose side is their unbeatable ANC but Jabra overall works better for me😊

I’ve updated my Elite 10s with the latest firmware which came out yesterday. Would be great if this would be tested as it mainly improved the mic quality according to the release notes..

Thanks for sharing! We’ll pass this along to our testers to consider retesting on our end!

Bring an intro that mentions what Jabra's known for, yet never mention that compared to the other earbuds they generally offer the most in-call controls which are above standard

The jabra elite 10 are still the best in the market. I tried and tested a lot it earbuds, but the Elite 10 are the best by far. The noice cancelling of the Jabra and the bose are very similar. The Elite 10 blocks the bass very good, you are the first who is not thinking that. The sound quality of the Jabra is much better then the mid level sound of the bose.

also, on my opinion the call quality is almost as good as apple airpods pro 2's. What do you think ? Also the price is superior. Gonna buy it.

The noise isolation tests have been redone for the Jabra Elite 10 and it scores second best as of this post in the table for ANC performance 😊

What about getting the Technics AZ80 instead?

We've purchased them, but they haven't been delivered yet. We'll be able to offer more insight once we test them and gather our own data! www.rtings.com/discussions/xTXqEiKh9tTq0PYV/review-updates-unknown-az80

Just bought these and while I agree with everything in this review, for me, the piercing highs and sithy "S" and "T" sounds are annoying AF. They will fatigue when listening to music for long periods of time because of this. This is not a defect I can overlook and the only way to mitigate is to savage the midrange using the 4 band EQ which diminishes the ajacent bands. Back they go.
@BeshoyNagieb6 ай бұрын
Thank you for highlighting this point. I am using Jetaudio+ on my phone. I can work around the EQ with the 20 bands the app provides. Will this balance the high pitch?

Hi. Which would you recommend overall, but specifically if we live great sound, ANC and calls? Jabra Elite 10, Audio Technica ATH twx9 or Marshall Motif II ANC?

Again, at what volume is that harmon target? When I listen a low volume will that still be a balanced sound? If so, will it be be too bass heavy at loud volumes?
@RTINGScomAudio11 ай бұрын
We run our testing at 100db and 90dB. If we were to run the Sine Sweep at different dB levels, the FR would not change since you are referring to changes in Loudness (perception of sound in our ears). Currently, we do not account for the Equal Loudness Contour in our testing, but producers/engineers mix and produce with this in mind. Also, some manufacturers implement features to Raise or Lower the Bass and Treble Response of the headphones depending on the listening volume to migrate the Equal Loudness Contour effect and, in doing so, encourage users to listen at lower volumes. For example, the Airpods Pro Gen 2 uses the H2 chip to change the Bass and Treble range so that the perceived sound pressure sounds the same at all listening volumes at lower levels. In this case, we could measure the differences in Frequency at different levels on our testing head.

Hi Rtings, I'm really confused which one to go with. Marshall motif anc 2 or the Jabra elite 10 tws. I would request your honest reply. Based on which i will proceed to buy. (PS: Majorly i might use for my business calls 📞)

You remind me of "Laura from the Bruderhof" (here on YT). Not in looks but in delivery style. 😁

I sent mine back. The noise cancellation was about 60% effective. The hear through wasn’t real time sound… I could hear better taking it out of my ears. I replaced the Jabra with Soundcore by Ankor

actually the inverse is true. The Elite 10 is almost 100 dollars cheaper yet is better across the board.
