Great job! Still stuck in a hard place between the Elite 8 Active and the Elite 10, I know I can't go wrong but I'll definitely prefer the slightly better sound in the Elite 10 and I'll also prefer the fit in the Elite 8 Active for indoor/in-house workouts. I love the fit in the 7 Active for that reason. I'm also torn on the Technics AZ80 but they're above my price range and despite their true IEM fit they still look too big for me to be able to stay secure enough for indoor workouts compared to the Jabras. Still a Jabra fan

Adressing Jabra customer service, they replaced a defective pair of 7 pro within 2 weeks. There was some jumping through hoops, but I got the impression it was to prevent replacing counterfeit buds with the real deal. Love your sense of humor and spot on reviews. Their customer service is horrible. I have the 4pro the 8active pro and 10 elite. I always opt for the warranty and register them all. I was in a car accident and i had the left elite 10 in my ear the right and charging case in my pocket. The left earbud flew out of my ear when i was smashed in the rear end. Didn't realize it initially due to shock and smacking my head shattering wimdshield. I reach out to jabra saying what i wrote asking if i could ship in the right one with the case and packaging everything was in perfect shape never touched anything in packaging besides taking out the case. They say we can sell you a replacement bud for a discount such I'm a valued customer. The price? $179.99 wtf!? You can get them brand new online for about 150 if you know how to search around. Anyway needless to say no way I'd do that. I found replacement buds only no charging case which is fine mine was perfect for only 79.99 so i bought those. However I'll never buy jabra again because of customer service. Sony and Bose have amazing customer service hassle free.

I have had the elite 75t and my wife the elite active 75t for a few years. We really liked them until we didn't. In both cases, the batteries drop from 100% to zero very quickly (an hour or so). Great for short use at the gym, but no longer good for long flights. Suspicious that they have both failed the same way.

But they‘re just not nearly as loud as the 75t‘s and of course it‘s nice to be able to use the left earbud exclusively compared to the 75‘s and a lil better anc but the lack of volume and the amount of work you gotta do to put these correctly back in the case everytime just want‘s me to send them back and keep my 75t‘s till i have the money to upgrade to the elite 8 or even 10

I’ve been using Jabra products for over 10 years but recently I had a terrible experience on the service side. As you stated, one of the buds in my Elite Active 75T stopped working. Their warranty conditions to me appeared quite ambiguous. 2 years, 3 years, 4 years. When I contacted them about this, they didn’t even look at the buds and just said “Sorry. Your product is out of warranty and we cannot help you.”

Quick question. Are you guys testing the Galaxy Bud2 Pro by getting into an actual phone call? Because I'm seen so many reviews of the Buds2 Pro and in half of these reviews, the mic seems to perform great in noisy conditions while in the other half the mic performs horribly. I purchased the Buds2 Pro last year to test this out myself and found that if I'm simply using a voice recorder app to test the mic, then no background noise is blocked out. But if I'm in an actual phone call, that's when the mic really shines. I've played crowd noise at full blast and gave someone a call and they said they could hear me loud and clear and they couldn't hear the crowd noise at all. I'm guessing that the Buds2 Pro uses certain mic during voice recording, and a different mic during actual phone calls. Like some sort of dedicated "bluetooth mic" that's only active during phone calls. I was hoping you guys could try testing the Buds2 Pro again to see if the mic performance is different in an actual phone call, as compared to voice recording apps :)

So, I have had the elite 10s for a couple of weeks now. They are really comfortable and feature rich. They definitely sound a while lot better in the mid and higher frequencies. The bass is also a lot cleaner, but you dont get the same effect as the 75ts since the elite 10s dont sit so far deep into your ears. ANC is also great. Hope it helps, hapoy to take questions.

Great video! Doesn't the elite 8 sound better than the elite 10? I'm looking at the graphs and the graph for the 8 looks a lot better. The elite 10 has a significant amount of missing midbass. And a crazy spike at 7-8khz. What do you guys think? Also i would have liked if you compared their max volume. Some reviewers claim some models get loud enough but I found some didn't(Jabra 7 pro, Beoplay EQ, etc)

I have the Jabra Elite 7 active and sound wise it's superb, I love that I can press a physical button easily and that it fits my ears perfectly without adding that pressure. I also love their hear through feature very much but at the same time it has disappointed me very much that I am starting to think of changing to apple airpods pro 2 next year since I have several apple products anyway. In the beginning, I used to get around 4H of music playback from the elite 7 active in one day, but the longer I use it, like now, sometimes I think I only get 1-3H of playback (in ANC mode). There were also many times when one of my buds wouldn't automatically connect to my phone and I'd have to pair both to my phone again. And funny enough, my L bud would always drain fast first, which is silly. how can that happen if they are both charged in the case at the same time. I think jabra is nice to use at the beginning, but if I want something that will maybe last a bit longer, I have to stick to apple. so far, they haven't ever disappointed me. apple devices are fast, never lags, and really durable. i will probably get the same things with the airpods pro

I just picked up the jabra elite 10 today. They do sound pretty good and the Dolby is actually quite good on these. That being said their noise canceling isn’t as strong as everyone claims it to be. I can hear a lot of sound and a lot of wind blowing. I think the AirPods are much better in that area. I’m not an audiophile but I think I’d pick Apple over the jabra and I really wanted them to over take Apple in my ear. 😢

I've never had earbuds before and just sent back the Jabra Elite 8's that I bought for exercize. Too fiddly and accidental touches (yes, touch - I wasn't even pressing a button) would turn them off and I'd have to take them out and back in the case to reset. Sometimes one earbud would just turn off for no apparent reason. Maybe I'm just not enough of a technophile to handle these things, but please tell me that the Elite 10's are less prone to disconnecting or turning off.

I've got elite 10 after 7 and it's way too big for me and transparency mode I think worse and even disabled any mode - in 10 kinda still feel some mic presence even if it turn off... But multipoint here works more stable. So my suggestions: if 8 is closer to 7 with the size - I'll go with it, if 8 is closer to 10 - I'll go with Sony. Please, help me to decide where to switch)

I had the same problem with Jabra Elite 7: one of the earbud stopped working (no sound). Jabra promptly replaced it -- took less than a week of back and forth, but it wasn't too much hassle (just had to upload a couple of photos of my Jabra with serial #).

I just bought the Elite 10 and I have some doubts. In the application there is no list of paired devices, I like this from other headsets and I don't see it in the Jabra app. It is very practical to disconnect a device without having to go to that device and disconnect it. I also don't see how to enable the multipoint connection and how to disable it, the app doesn't have this option????

I didn’t know there’s a term ‘fuk-man’ and after hearing it being said few times, I had to rewind the video and turn on the auto generated subtitle. And it truly generated as what I heard ie “f*ckman”..

I was afraid the elite 10 was a reboot of the 85t . I loved their sound but had to return them cause they felt like they would fall out . Do the 10s feel like they will fall out as well ?

It's insane that nobody seems to be able to get A or better rating on calls, ANC, transparency & audio. They all dip into B or C range on at least one OR they are not in-ear (like Jabra 10/Bose QC).

@@petermurage8685some of the airiest I’ve tried for tws. They sound great with the eq. They aren’t as bassy as something like the liberty 3 pro. More of an “audiophile” sound. Really clean vocals, mids, and highs

I have to switch between devices usually laptop and mobile for teams and cellular calls. Also my routine involves workouts and cycling or running including in rains. Hence it needs to be IPS rated. Which TWS would you suggest? Btw I am an android user, samsung. Appreciate your help here.

How is the sound quality of Sony Xm5 (LDAC on) vs Jabra 10? No one specifically talks about Jabra sound quality considering there's no LDAC or AptX support 😢

I think the 75t active elite sounds better than the elite 10! Nowhere near the loudness and bass on the elite 10! 💯

Great comparison video.Will you be doing a specific Elite 8 Active vs the rest video? Or is the 10 and the 8 virtually the same? Before buying i'm looking to find out how they compare with the 75t and 7 active models. I'm guessing there may not be much of an ugrade when it comes to sound quality.

To confirm, you guys are getting 12.5 hr battery life on the 10s and 10hr on the 8s? Jabra and CNET are claiming 6 and 8 hrs respectively. Seems like quite a disparity

DHRME did real life testing of the battery life of the two earbuds respectively whereas CNET probably just wrote the 6 and 8 hours since that is what Jabra themselves are claiming, although it seems they are over delivering and under promising
