C'mon guys you can't ignore Aishwarya's dancing skills and abilities. I know her beauty makes everyone awestruck but you cannot miss it. She is a brilliant dancer, actually a trained classical dancer. The suppleness, Grace, elegance, she carries in her dancing is simply wonderful. Indian dance is very intricate as everything else (Indian classical singing, indian attires, etc 😌). Only a few actresses are actually able to pull it of as smoothly as she does.

​@@OopsIDidItAgainUh I love Aishwarya's dancing especially in HDDCS but in Dola re dola re she dances like a stiff horse. Madhuri had laasya and laya. I deliberately used Sanskrit words cos I believe that the English translations don't do justice to it. It is not Aishwarya's fault. She was a model . Models especially ramp models are supposed to be stiff They have to move in a straight line with no curves. But as she has training in dance she was able to quickly overcome that.

This is unexpected from you guys.... 😮😮 Actually this is a true story of a Bengali lady, and her book's titled as "Nahanyate"... Though the director of this film Sanjay Leela Bhansali didn't mentioned this in the credits.. but actually this is a true story.

Yes, but this story is just inspired from the book. In reality, the Romanian guy (i.e. Salman's character) and the Bengali lady's (i.e. Aishwarya's character) relationship ended after her father kicked him out, after finding out about their relationship. But the Romanian guy went back and wrote a book about their love story in a very sexualized manner (she was just 16 and he was 23, so the entire scenario is very predatory). Many years later, when the Bengali lady found out and read the book, she wrote "Na Hanyate" as a response. Through her book, she exposed the truths and false he wrote in his book.

I've read that Novel this movie inspired from, once you read it the movie feels childish. Maybe it's me, But that's how I feel. Novel has more depth than the movie. The movie has some exaggerated scenes (of course for entertainment purpose) which didn’t feel realistic. All of my opinion, I'm a person who doesn't like the Novel inspired movie Most of the time. It's a really interesting movie w how they've adapted the story by Jane Austen of 2 sisters with opposite temperaments but added an indian touch. Check it!

you both need to see Manmarziyaan with Vicky Kaushal, Tapsee Pannu and Abhishek Bachchan..its a modern remake of this movie made by Anurag Kashyap of Gangs Of Wasseypur fame and its really good actually and an underrated gem...the plot remains basically the same but the movie shows what a somewhat realistic version of this movie would be like...it would be nice to see you guys react to both and compare them....same with SRK's Devdas and Anurag Kashyap's Dev D.
