She lost support as she became arrogant and effectively vanished only to come into focus when she flew off somewhere to collect an award. Covid during the start made her popular then she went too far by denying kiwis the right to come home for two years and locking Auckland down again for no reason. Businesses were on the brink then and when she called it they went under. People never forgave her for that. I am so glad she is out as I loathe her.
